Screen printing has a minimum because each color in a design needs its own screen set up. Our typical minimum is 72 pieces per design. For smaller runs or single items, we'll recommend a different method like embroidery, DTG, or heat transfer.

Our automatic presses handle up to 12 colors per design. More colors mean more setup, so we'll quote both options if your design could be simplified.

Standard production is 3-4 weeks after proof approval. Rush is available, so please tell us your deadline up front and we'll confirm what's possible.

Yes, with conditions. Customer-supplied garments need to be new, clean, and compatible with the ink and process. We'll inspect before printing and flag any risks (color bleed, shrinkage, blank quality).

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. High-resolution raster (300 DPI minimum) works for detailed designs. If your file isn't print-ready, our team can clean it up or vectorize it for you.

Yes. Once approved, your files and color specs are saved so reorders skip setup and move straight to production.

Setup is a one-time charge per screen, per design. We list it on the quote so there are no surprises. Reorders with the same design don't pay setup again.
