Yes. Product access can be set by role, department, location, or job title. A back-of-house team and a front-of-house team can have completely different views of the same store.

Yes. Allowances can be set in dollars, item counts, or both and be refreshed on the schedule you set (annually, quarterly, on hire date). Employees see their remaining balance in real time, and exceed-over-budget rules are configurable.

We hold stock for your program and replenish based on usage patterns, your forecasts, or set reorder points. You don't have to call to reorder, the inventory is there when the orders come in. Reporting dashboards are available so you can see what's moving and what isn't.
