Customer Artwork

Customers represent that they own or have permission to use any artwork, trademarks, logos, or intellectual property submitted to Silk Screen Shirts.

Customers agree to indemnify Silk Screen Shirts against claims arising from unauthorized use of submitted artwork.

Quotes

Quotes are estimates only and may change based upon:

  • Quantity changes

  • Artwork revisions

  • Material availability

  • Freight costs

  • Tariffs

  • Customer-requested changes

Unless otherwise stated, quotes expire after 30 days.

Orders

Production begins only after required approvals have been received.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Artwork

  • Colors

  • Sizes

  • Quantities

  • Decoration placement

  • Spelling

Approved proofs constitute authorization to proceed.

Production & Delivery

Estimated production and shipping dates are provided for planning purposes only.

While we strive to meet every deadline, delays caused by suppliers, freight carriers, customs, weather, labor disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery schedules.

Payment

Payment terms are subject to approved credit and any written agreement between the parties.

Late payments may be subject to applicable fees or interest as permitted by law.

Returns

Because many products are custom manufactured, decorated, or personalized, returns may be limited.

Please notify us promptly if there is an issue with your order so we can evaluate and resolve it.
